RIGHTCORTEX · SYSTEM ONLINE · --:--:--

Most software tells you
what happened.
RightCortex tells you
what it means.

An AI navigator for running a business. One connected platform of operating instruments — sales, supply, people, money — with a reasoning layer on top that reads across all of it.

01 / THE GAP

Business software only runs half a brain.

ERPs, spreadsheets, CRMs, ticketing systems — they record, sort and report. They are extremely good at telling you what happened. They are useless at telling you what it means, or what to do about it before it stops mattering.

LEFT HEMISPHERE

Where your systems live

  • Logic, sequence, language
  • Rules, lists, process
  • Records and reports
  • What happened

RIGHT HEMISPHERE

Where the decisions live

  • Pattern, intuition, synthesis
  • Creativity, connection, the leap
  • Judgement and timing
  • What it means
Most of us run our businesses on left brain — logic, routine, to-do lists. RightCortex is your AI navigator that activates whole brain thinking, bringing pattern and intuition alongside the logic.

A navigator, not a copilot.

A copilot sits beside you and helps fly. A navigator knows the territory, reads the conditions, and tells you where to go. RightCortex doesn't replace your judgement — it makes sure your judgement is operating on complete, current, connected information.

02 / THE PLATFORM

Three layers. The top one is the product.

Most tools stop at layer one. The value isn't in any single module — it's in the connections between them. The supplier in one instrument is the same supplier behind the shipment in another, and the same cost line in the margin. Once the data is connected, intelligence on top can reason across all of it.

  1. LAYER 03

    The staff

Agents that behave like an executive team — monitoring, alerting, drafting, recommending. They work while nobody is watching.

  2. LAYER 02

    The reasoning layer

Reads across every instrument at once and answers in plain language: what changed, what it means, what to do next, who should do it.

  3. LAYER 01

    The connected data layer

One identity for every customer, supplier, product, shipment and cost — shared by every instrument instead of copied between them.

The reasoning layer is the actual product.

Everything else is plumbing — necessary, unglamorous, and not the point.

03 / THE INSTRUMENTS

Named after the things that keep ships on course.

The metaphor is deliberate: these are instruments for finding your way, not dashboards for admiring the weather. Each one replaced something that used to live in a spreadsheet, an inbox, or somebody's head.

Lighthouse

Sales analytics. Year progress, month-on-month, top customers, territory performance — read live from the ERP instead of exported from it.

Horizon

Relationship intelligence. Field debriefs parsed into structured records, morning briefs, a strategic advisor, and a live map of the network.

Scout

Market and competitor intelligence. A curated signal feed, filtered for what actually affects you, plus a newsletter builder.

Telescope

Strategic planning. Targets, forecasts and pipeline by country and financial year, with the gap to plan always visible.

Atlas

The single source of truth for products and suppliers. Specifications, pricing, marketing assets and the new-product pipeline in one place.

Compass

Supplier quality. Inspections, non-conformance reports, scorecards, certifications and a production watch on what's being made right now.

Voyage

Shipment tracking. Where every container is, what's on it, and what it does to the promise you made the customer.

Stamp

Unified tasks and requests, with approval chains routed by request type. The end of approvals happening by message and hope.

Bridge

The home screen. Live indicators, what needs you today, and the way through to every other instrument.

Crew

People, leave, documents and reviews — country-aware, so the rules follow the person rather than head office.

Anchor

Margin and profit-and-loss for whoever owns the number. Where the money actually went, at line-item resolution.

Beacon

The internal post office. Routes signals in from email and chat, and pushes alerts back out to where people already are.

PLANNED

Lens

Bills of quantities read and matched against what you actually sell, so a 200-line tender becomes a quotable list.

PLANNED

Flare

Customer complaints captured from outside the business, triaged, and tied back to the batch, the supplier and the shipment.

PLANNED

Vault

The team knowledge base — the answers that currently only exist in the head of whoever has been there longest.

04 / THE STAFF

An executive team that doesn't sleep, doesn't forget, and doesn't decide.

Beyond the instruments sits a small set of agents that behave like staff reporting to the person in charge. They read the same connected data the instruments do, and they speak up first.

CHIEF OF STAFF

Gina

Lives where the team already talks. Remembers the conversation, sees sales, tasks and people, and answers in one message instead of four tabs.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Fin

Margin, cost and financial exposure. Notices the deal that looks good and earns nothing, before it's shipped.

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Marlo

Market signals and pipeline. Watches what's moving outside the business and what it means for the quarter.

Staff, not autonomous executives.

They analyse, monitor, alert, draft and recommend. Humans retain accountability and make the novel strategic calls. This is a firm principle, not a phase — an organisation that has quietly stopped deciding things is a worse outcome than one that decides slowly.

05 / HOW IT WORKS

Four moves, in order, forever.

Nothing here was designed on a whiteboard. Every instrument started as the answer to one specific, irritating, real problem — and the platform is the accumulation.

  1. 01

    Connect

Pull the systems you already pay for — ERP, mail, chat, spreadsheets — into one place, without a migration project.

  2. 02

    Model

Give every customer, supplier, product and shipment one identity, so a question can cross the seams between them.

  3. 03

    Reason

Put intelligence on top that reads the whole picture and says what changed and what it means — in the language you'd use yourself.

  4. 04

    Act

Turn the answer into a task, an approval, a brief or an alert, routed to the person who can do something about it.

06 / PRINCIPLES

The rules the platform is actually built on.

01

Anti-hallucination is rule one

An agent that invents a customer is worse than no agent at all. Every intelligent surface is built to say I don't know rather than fill the gap.

02

Never name the vendor

No screen mentions which model is doing the thinking. The intelligence is RightCortex's; the vendor is an implementation detail that can change — and has.

03

One system, not five

Where two tools would create friction at the seam, one tool gets extended instead. Fragmentation is the problem being solved, not a shape to copy.

04

Act, don't ask

Tools and agents are expected to do the work, not seek permission at every step. Confirmation is reserved for things that are hard to undo.

05

Simple stack, no ceremony

No framework, no build step, no npm. Edge hosting, one API, one database. A platform that has to stay maintainable by a small team must stay simple enough to hold in one head.

07 / IN PRODUCTION

Built inside a real business, not a deck.

RightCortex runs Claytan Ceramic (Australia) — a distributor selling across Australia, New Zealand, the GCC, Southeast Asia and the Pacific, with a supply chain across Asia and a team far smaller than the surface area it covers.

What it replaced

  • Sales data locked in the ERP — accurate, but so slow to interrogate that "how is that market tracking?" meant an export, a pivot table, and a moment that had already passed.
  • Supplier and product information scattered — specs in emails, drawings in folders, pricing in spreadsheets, new-product status in somebody's head.
  • Shipments tracked in messages, not systems.
  • Customer relationships in individual memories, not an institutional one — and out the door when the person left.
  • Requests and approvals by chat and hope.

Why it matters.

A smaller company competes against distributors with more people, more systems and more budget. RightCortex is the answer to that asymmetry: it doesn't add headcount, it makes the existing team operate as though it had more. The bet is simple — the company that thinks with its whole brain moves faster than the one that only runs the list.

08 / WHO IT'S FOR

Businesses that are more complicated than their headcount suggests.

Owner-operators

You hold the whole business in your head because no system holds it for you. This is that system.

Distributors & importers

Many suppliers, many markets, long lead times, thin margins. The seams between systems are exactly where the money leaks.

Operations leaders

You already know what's wrong. What you don't have is the connected data to prove it and the routing to fix it.

Small teams, wide surface

Five people covering what competitors cover with fifty. Leverage isn't optional — it's the strategy.
